Role Description

This is a volunteer and remote role for a Human Resources (HR) Recruiter at Deal Lite. As an HR Recruiter Volunteer, your responsibilities will include sourcing, screening, and collaborating to select qualified candidates for various roles within the organization. You will play a critical role in providing a seamless hiring experience by managing candidate communications, coordinating interviews, and building relationships with prospective employees.
