We’re looking for a proactive and well-rounded HR Generalist to manage a broad range of human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations. 🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Support employee relations, addressing queries, concerns, and workplace issues.
• Administer HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Maintain employee records, HR systems, and documentation.
• Support performance management, training, and development initiatives.
• Assist in payroll coordination, benefits administration, and HR reporting.
• Contribute to HR projects, process improvements, and employee engagement programs.

✅ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in HR generalist or similar roles.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and HR systems.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
• Experience working in remote or distributed teams is a plus.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Based in Australia with the legal right to work full-time.
