Role Overview

We are looking for an HR Generalist to support the execution, improvement and development of Crurated’s core HR processes.

Reporting directly to the HR Manager, the role will have a hands-on and transversal focus, supporting administrative, operational and people development activities across the employee lifecycle. The HR Generalist will work closely with Line Managers and internal business functions, contributing to the delivery of effective people processes and to a positive, consistent employee experience within a fast-growing, international, remote-first organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing activation to hiring and onboarding, ensuring a smooth and well-structured onboarding experience.
  • Support core people operations across the employee lifecycle, including contract administration, role changes and offboarding processes, ensuring accurate and compliant employee data across all countries.
  • Support payroll-related activities in close coordination with external consultants and internal stakeholders, ensuring data accuracy and timely information flow.
  • Act as a collaborative point of contact for employees and Line Managers on day-to-day HR operational matters, supporting the application and improvement of HR policies and procedure.
  • Support performance management, training, and people development initiatives, contributing to employees’ growth and career development, in line with business needs.
  • Work closely with the HR management platform (Rippling), ensuring data accuracy and effective adoption across the organization, while contributing to the optimization of system features that improve internal HR processes.
  • Support the delivery and continuous improvement of key HR processes in line with best practices, collaborating with the HR team on projects, new procedures and cross-functional initiatives.

Location

Remote position.

Occasional travel may be required for business needs.

Flexibility to collaborate across different time zones is appreciated.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 2 -3 years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar HR role.
  • Good understanding of core HR processes (administration, operations, employee lifecycle).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with a multicultural mindset.
  • Experience with HRIS / HR platforms; familiarity with Rippling is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage priorities.
  • Comfortable working in a remote-first, international environment.
  • Proactive, collaborative mindset with a continuous improvement attitude.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
