Position: Vocational Training Expert

Type: Hourly contract

Compensation: $40 $55/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: Part-time, project-based with ongoing engagement

Role Responsibilities

• Build realistic digital workspaces reflecting vocational and workforce training environments
• Create structured, multi-step tasks across curriculum, assessment, and training workflows
• Design scenarios involving apprenticeship programs, credentialing, and competency evaluation
• Collaborate with experts to ensure task realism, rigor, and alignment with industry practices
• Develop evaluation criteria for AI performance in workforce training contexts
• Contribute to benchmarking and improving AI systems for vocational training use cases

Requirements

• Strong experience in vocational training, workforce development, or technical education
• Strong experience in curriculum design, apprenticeship programs, or credentialing systems
• Strong familiarity with platforms such as Google Classroom, Google Forms, or SharePoint
• Strong understanding of competency-based assessment and training workflows
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate workflows into structured tasks
• Strong written communication and attention to detail
• Experience in corporate training or community college systems is a plus
