Position: Training and Development Managers

Type: Hourly contract

Compensation: $40–$50/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

  • Design and develop domain-specific questions and scenarios related to training and development workflows.
  • Apply professional expertise to create structured content for AI research and evaluation.
  • Review and refine training-related materials to ensure clarity, accuracy, and relevance.
  • Collaborate asynchronously with research teams to validate outputs and improve quality.
  • Contribute insights that help enhance AI systems focused on learning and workforce development.
