The opportunity:

We're hiring our first Tech Recruiter at Connections Group.

You'll have complete freedom to choose your vertical - engineering, product, data, sales, whatever matches your experience or interests. This is a genuine opportunity to build your own desk from the ground up.

What we're looking for:

• Someone who can handle the full 360 - business development, client relationships, candidate sourcing and delivery.
• Experience level is flexible. Whether you're a few years in and ready for more autonomy, or experienced and looking to escape the corporate machine, we're interested in how you work rather than just your CV.
• You'll need to be strong with people, comfortable with consultative selling, and self-motivated enough to run your own desk.

What to expect:

This is a performance-driven role. You'll be building your own pipeline, managing client relationships, and owning your numbers. There's real support and existing foundations to work from but you'll need to be proactive and comfortable working independently.

If you're looking for heavy structure and daily hand-holding, this probably isn't the right fit. But if you want genuine autonomy, strong earning potential and the chance to build something that's yours - let's have a conversation.
