Manage and execute HR programs and initiatives, ensuring effective implementation, testing, and stabilization of new or enhanced processes and systems. Conduct HR data analysis, reporting, and quality assurance to ensure data integrity, compliance, and operational efficiency. Investigate and resolve complex HR operational issues and provide functional guidance for team members and stakeholders. Lead and support HR compliance administration, including Primary Source Verification, audits, and adherence to regulatory and policy requirements. Facilitate benefits administration, including Open Enrollment planning, execution, vendor coordination, and employee issue resolution. Serve as a Workday Subject Matter Expert (SME) for HR Operations, supporting configuration, troubleshooting, enhancements, and production support. Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 2+ years of work experience in a related job discipline
