We’re looking for an experienced Recruiter to join a purpose-led organisation in the charity sector. This role will lead recruitment activity across the UK, ensuring we attract and hire exceptional talent aligned with our mission and values.

Reporting into our recruitment manager and supported by a recruitment coordinator, you’ll manage end-to-end recruitment across a variety of roles while also contributing to broader talent initiatives that support organisational growth and impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead full-cycle recruitment across multiple functions and locations
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and deliver tailored hiring strategies
• Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
• Ensure a positive and inclusive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Use recruitment data and insights to inform decision-making and improve processes
• Support employer branding and outreach initiatives to attract diverse and mission-aligned talent
• Contribute to workforce planning and talent forecasting in collaboration with leadership
• Identify opportunities to improve recruitment efficiency, quality of hire, and time-to-fill
• Champion inclusive hiring practices and help embed equity across recruitment activity

More about You:

• Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within the charity, social care or not-for-profit sector
• Comfortable managing volume (24+) or multi-role hiring in an ever changing environment
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience of DBS/ RTW Checks
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting
• Available to start immediately
