The Associate Director, specialising in Finance and Accounting, will lead client partnerships and drive delivery across Public Sector and Not-for-Profit clients. With a strong platform behind you, including dedicated BD and research support, you’ll focus on high-impact placements while shaping the next phase of the firm’s expansion.

You Will Need

• 4 - 10 years of recruitment experience
• Finance and Accountancy recruitment experience is key
• Public sector/NFP client experience (or interested in working with Public Sector/NFP clients)
• Proven billings of £250k+
• Strong relationship-building and consultative sales skills
• A growth mindset with ambition to progress into leadership
