This is structured headhunting, intelligent pipeline control, and professional candidate representation. You will be UK-based, working remotely, with the ability to travel for team sessions and planning meetings as we build long-term focus and cohesion. The Role70% - Proactive Technical Sourcing

  • Headhunting niche technical talent globally (LinkedIn Recruiter essential)
  • Managing 5-15 live searches across:
  • Networking
  • Cybersecurity
  • Data Centre
  • Infrastructure
  • Cloud
  • Building structured pipelines β€” not reacting to applicants
  • Iterating sourcing strategy when interviews fail
  • Understanding your funnel metrics and conversion math

If three candidates fail, you adjust. Immediately. 20% - Presenting Talent as a Product

  • Structured, professional candidate summaries
  • Clear funnel reporting to clients
  • Managing interviews across time zones
  • Same-day client responsiveness
  • Tight candidate communication discipline

We do not send CVs. We represent talent. 10% - Operational Discipline

  • ATS accuracy (Workable)
  • SOP adherence
  • Clean documentation
  • Post-search reflection and metrics review
