Deliver a variety of training programs including product, technical, systems, behavioral, and skills-based training in a virtual environment.

Apply adult learning principles and diverse instructional methods to ensure learner engagement and knowledge retention.

Manage and facilitate virtual classrooms effectively to create a positive learning environment.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistency and quality of training content.

Utilize various learning technologies and media to enhance the learner experience.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience: 3–5 years of experience in corporate training, facilitation, or instructional delivery preferred.
• Certification (Preferred): Training or facilitation certification (e.g., ATD, CPTD, or similar) is a plus.
• Banking / Financial Industry background required.

Skills and Competencies

• Facilitation & Training Delivery: Skilled in delivering virtual and instructor-led training sessions.
• Leadership & Interpersonal: Strong collaboration, leadership, and communication skills; able to effectively lead and engage participants.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and virtual learning technologies (Zoom, Adobe Connect, Microsoft Teams).
