Position: Generalist AI Contributor – Top U.S. College

Type: Hourly contract

Compensation: $35–$40/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

• Create realistic, natural prompts across a wide range of general topics.
• Review and edit AI-generated responses for clarity, correctness, and usefulness.
• Write high-quality human-authored responses for selected prompts.
• Generate prompt variations to evaluate nuanced differences in model behavior.
• Assess responses across varying lengths, tones, and instructions.
• Identify weaknesses, ambiguities, and failure cases in model outputs.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in or graduated from a top 25 U.S. college or university.
• Strong written communication and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to synthesize information clearly and accurately.
• High attention to detail and comfort comparing similar written responses.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
