Benefits Integration Consultant (Contract, Remote – EST Support)

We’re seeking a Benefits Integration Consultant for a 6-month remote contract with potential extension up to 1 year. This techno-functional role will focus on building and supporting integrations between ADP EV6 and external benefit providers (e.g., Fidelity, insurance carriers). You’ll serve as the bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring seamless, accurate, and compliant data exchange.

Note: We are not working with third-party agencies or vendors for this role.What You’ll Do:

• Design, document, and test benefit plan integrations between ADP EV6 and external vendors
• Collaborate with HR, payroll, and external stakeholders to define and deliver integration requirements
• Map and validate benefit data between systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration and compliance issues
• Support user acceptance testing and business validation
• Act as a subject matter expert on benefit-related payroll processes

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience in payroll or benefits systems integration
• Strong knowledge of ADP EV6 or GlobalView
• Proven techno-functional experience working across business and IT teams
• Deep understanding of benefit plan structures, compliance, and vendor integrations
• Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote, EST-aligned role

Preferred:

• Experience integrating with vendors like Fidelity, insurance carriers, etc.
• Familiarity with Workday or SAP GL in a payroll/benefits context
• Willingness to travel 1–2 times per quarter as needed
