Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Payroll Client Advisor. The Payroll Client Advisor will manage relationships with clients by delivering premier customer service, ensuring their payroll and HR needs are met with accuracy and efficiency. Responsibilities include providing personalized solutions, resolving client inquiries, maintaining compliance with payroll regulations, guiding clients on best practices, and effectively collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional service.
Qualifications
- Strong Client Relations and Customer Satisfaction skills, with a proactive approach to understanding and fulfilling client needs
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities, ensuring clear, professional, and empathetic interactions
- Familiarity with Insurance, payroll practices, and regulatory compliance, or a willingness to quickly learn these key areas
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
- Proficiency with payroll or HR software is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in payroll, HR, or related fields
- Commitment to delivering exceptional service and maintaining confidentiality
