A healthcare firm is seeking a Workday Administrator. This is a remote role.

Description:

  • Partner with HR and Payroll leadership to support all phases of a Workday implementation.
  • Collaborate with implementation partners on system configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and deployment process.
  • Serve as the primary Workday Administrator post-implementation, ensuring system functionality, data integrity, and setup of post-go-live features.
  • Oversee ongoing system maintenance, including updates, user access, security settings, manage new features, enhancements, and issue resolution.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to support business needs.
  • Provide user support through training and continuous process improvement.
  • Work cross-functionally with HR, Payroll, and IT to enhance system performance and efficiency.
  • Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of system configurations, workflows, and procedures.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of hands-on Workday experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Workday administration, support, and troubleshooting.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across multiple departments.
  • Bachelor’s degree or Workday certification is a plus.

The annual base salary range is $175,000 to $200,000. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
