A healthcare firm is seeking a Workday Administrator. This is a remote role.
Description:
- Partner with HR and Payroll leadership to support all phases of a Workday implementation.
- Collaborate with implementation partners on system configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and deployment process.
- Serve as the primary Workday Administrator post-implementation, ensuring system functionality, data integrity, and setup of post-go-live features.
- Oversee ongoing system maintenance, including updates, user access, security settings, manage new features, enhancements, and issue resolution.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to support business needs.
- Provide user support through training and continuous process improvement.
- Work cross-functionally with HR, Payroll, and IT to enhance system performance and efficiency.
- Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of system configurations, workflows, and procedures.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of hands-on Workday experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Workday administration, support, and troubleshooting.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across multiple departments.
- Bachelor’s degree or Workday certification is a plus.
The annual base salary range is $175,000 to $200,000. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
