THE ROLE

⭐️ Take full ownership of a 360 US Medical Device desk

⭐️ Build long-term client relationships and win new business

⭐️ Source top-tier talent and manage end-to-end recruitment

⭐️ Drive your own billings with freedom, flexibility, and support

YOU

⭐️ 2+ years' 360 recruitment (perm or contract)

⭐️ Proven track record of consistent billings

⭐️ Life Sciences background is ideal, but not essential

⭐️ Comfortable working US hours (11–8pm UK)

⭐️ Self-starting, hungry, driven - know how to build & run a desk
