Key Responsibilities:Test Case Development:

  • Design and create detailed test cases and test scripts for functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing.
  • Ensure test coverage aligns with business requirements and functional specifications, including compliance with pension regulations and standards.

Test Execution:

  • Execute test cases, document results, and track defects using appropriate testing tools.
  • Perform various types of testing including functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing, ensuring thorough validation of pension-related modules.

Defect Management:

  • Identify, log, and manage defects throughout the testing lifecycle.
  • Work closely with developers and stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of defects, particularly those impacting pension calculations and processes.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, and business users to ensure thorough understanding of requirements and testing scope.
  • Communicate test progress, test results, and any issues to project stakeholders and management, highlighting any potential impacts on HR processes.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Recommend and implement improvements to testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Stay current with industry best practices and advancements in testing tools and techniques.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience as a Test Analyst, with a strong focus on SAP HCM & Finance .
  • Proven experience in designing and executing test plans and test cases for SAP HCM & Finance implementations.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in SAP configurations and processes.
  • Experience with testing tools such as Azure DevOps, JIRA, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of testing methodologies and best practices.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • ISTQB certification or equivalent.
  • Experience in automated testing tools and frameworks.
  • Experience in other SAP modules (e.g., SAP FI/CO).,
