Job Description

About The Company Based in San Francisco, Arine is a rapidly growing healthcare technology and clinical services company dedicated to transforming medication management and improving patient outcomes. Our mission is to ensure individuals receive the safest and most effective treatments tailored to their unique healthcare needs. Recognizing that medications often cause more harm than good—costing the US healthcare system over $528 billion annually in waste, avoidable harm, and hospitalizations—Arine leverages innovative technology to address these critical issues. Through our advanced software platform (SaaS), we integrate cutting-edge data science, machine learning, artificial intelligence, and deep clinical expertise to provide a patient-centric approach to medication management. Our platform enables the development and delivery of personalized care plans at scale, supporting patients and their care teams effectively. Arine is committed to improving the lives and health of complex patients who significantly impact healthcare costs and are traditionally difficult to identify and treat. These patients often face complex prescribing challenges across multiple medications and providers, chronic disease management issues, and barriers to access care. Backed by leading healthcare investors and collaborating with top healthcare organizations and providers, we deliver actionable recommendations and facilitate clinical interventions that lead to measurable health improvements and cost savings. Our innovative approach is redefining healthcare excellence and making a proven difference in patient lives. Our vibrant company culture is built around a shared mission, fostering an environment of innovation, collaboration, and impact. We are proud to be recognized for our rapid growth, with managing over 18 million lives across prominent health plans within just four years, ranking 236 on the 2024 Inc. 5000 list, and being named the 5th fastest-growing company in the AI category. At Arine, you will be part of a passionate team dedicated to making a meaningful difference in healthcare through technological innovation and clinical excellence.
