We are seeking a **Coordinator, People Relations** to play a pivotal role in supporting workplace investigations and the resolution of employment-related matters. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute directly to fostering a positive and compliant workplace culture, working alongside HR, Legal, and various business partners. Your meticulous note-taking and administrative support will be essential in maintaining fairness and accuracy in sensitive situations, directly influencing the well-being of employees and the integrity of the organization. What You’ll Do
- Provide crucial support to investigators by accurately and contemporaneously typing notes during various investigation-related meetings.
- Manage general administrative duties, including diary management, expense claim submissions, invoice processing, and meeting scheduling.
- Utilize the case management system to enter new cases and generate necessary reports.
- Liaise routinely with internal partners, including People & Culture and In-House Counsel, as appropriate.
- Ensure the precision and readiness of investigation notes for sharing with the team and other relevant parties.
- Maintain and update internal files, reports, and databases as required.
- Perform other assigned duties, offering support to colleagues across different jurisdictions.
What You’ll Bring
- Relevant experience as a Notetaker, Assistant, or Coordinator within an HR, Legal, or Investigations team.
- Prior experience working on investigations or as part of a Human Resources team.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion, confidentiality, and empathy.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the capacity to manage and prioritize multiple projects concurrently.
- A strong sense of urgency and excellent follow-through.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with a particular emphasis on contemporaneous note-taking.
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel, including employees, legal professionals, and business unit executives.
- Proficiency in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Office Suite.
Nice To Haves
- Previous Human Resources or Legal experience would be a distinct advantage.
- Proficiency in an additional European language (such as Polish, French, or Spanish) is a plus.
