Job Title: Contract Recruiter – Healthcare Staffing (6 Months Contract)

Summary

We are hiring a Contract Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring of medical and clinical staff for our hospital and clinic network customers in Germany. This role will focus on recruiting nurses, doctors, technicians, and allied healthcare professionals while ensuring fast turnaround, high-quality hires, and full compliance with healthcare credentialing standards. The recruiter will use Allps AI (allps.ai, our AI Native ATS Platform) to manage pipelines, track performance, and drive efficient hiring outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full recruitment lifecycle for healthcare roles (nurses, physicians, technicians, and allied medical staff).
  • Direct sourcing and talent mapping from hospitals/clinics, referrals, and local healthcare communities.
  • International sourcing for licensed EU/non-EU medical professionals (where applicable).
  • Source, screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews.
  • Verify qualifications, certifications, and licenses.
  • Drive offer management and onboarding coordination.
  • Maintain and track hiring pipelines using Allps AI (ATS).
  • Meet defined Turn Around Time and hiring targets.
  • Ensure strong candidate experience and stakeholder satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2–5+ years of healthcare/medical staffing recruitment experience.
  • Practical experience sourcing healthcare talent using Germany-specific and healthcare-focused channels, including but not limited to: Ärzteblatt Stellenmarkt, Medi-Jobs, MedicalTopJobs, Krankenhausstellen.de.
  • Proven experience hiring nurses, doctors, or clinical professionals.
  • Strong sourcing and headhunting capabilities.
  • Experience using ATS platforms (AI-enabled ATS preferred).
  • Ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience recruiting for hospitals, clinics, or healthcare staffing agencies.
  • Exposure to high-volume or bulk hiring.
  • Knowledge of German healthcare licensing/credential requirements.
  • Experience working on contract or project-based recruitment.
