Position Overview

We are seeking an established Executive Search Consultant with an active client base and a proven ability to bring in new clients and secure retained search assignments. This is an ideal opportunity for consultants who prefer to work on a 1099 basis, free from arbitrary quotas and unnecessary restrictions, allowing for an optimal life-work balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Attain executive-level search projects for client organizations
• Maintain and expand relationships with existing and new clients
• Leverage your client network to generate new business and deliver outstanding results
• Manage the executive search delivery team responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and project administration. compensation exceeding $180,000
• Provide consultative guidance to clients and candidates throughout the search process
• Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of executive search experience, with a track record of recruiting for positions with compensation over $180,000
• Established client relationships and a demonstrated history of independently completing search assignments
• Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
• Eligible to work in the United States
• Ability to provide at least 3 professional references from clients you have worked with in the past 12 months
