Position Overview
We are seeking an established Executive Search Consultant with an active client base and a proven ability to bring in new clients and secure retained search assignments. This is an ideal opportunity for consultants who prefer to work on a 1099 basis, free from arbitrary quotas and unnecessary restrictions, allowing for an optimal life-work balance.
Key Responsibilities
- Attain executive-level search projects for client organizations
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing and new clients
- Leverage your client network to generate new business and deliver outstanding results
- Manage the executive search delivery team responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and project administration. compensation exceeding $180,000
- Provide consultative guidance to clients and candidates throughout the search process
- Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of executive search experience, with a track record of recruiting for positions with compensation over $180,000
- Established client relationships and a demonstrated history of independently completing search assignments
- Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Ability to provide at least 3 professional references from clients you have worked with in the past 12 months
