Head of Product (VP Level)

AJ Exec has been exclusively retained on a search for an exceptional Head of Product (VP Level) to join a rapidly scaling, AI-native SaaS business operating at the intersection of global employment, fintech, payroll, and workforce infrastructure.

This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of an already successful multi-product platform and lead the next phase of growth and transformation. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will define the product vision, scale the product organisation, and drive a new AI-native operating model across Product and Engineering.

We are looking for a highly commercial, hands-on product leader who thrives in fast-moving environments and believes that AI is fundamentally reshaping how great product teams operate.

What You’ll Own:

• End-to-end product strategy and execution across a live B2B SaaS platform
• Leadership and scaling of the Product Management and Product Design teams
• AI-native transformation of product development workflows and operating models
• Partnership with Engineering leadership to improve delivery velocity and product quality
• Embedding AI across both internal product processes and customer-facing experiences
• Building and evolving a world-class product culture focused on speed, experimentation, and execution

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven senior product leadership experience within a high-growth B2B SaaS environment
• Experience leading and scaling product teams through periods of rapid growth and change
• Strong understanding of AI-native product management and modern AI tooling
• Hands-on leadership style with the ability to operate strategically and tactically
• Track record of driving fast product delivery cycles and high-performing execution cultures
• Experience within fintech, HR tech, payroll, infrastructure, or adjacent SaaS sectors is highly desirable
