Job Title: Application Analyst II Location: Remote (U.S. Candidates) Work Model: Remote Duration: 3 months (Dec 07, 2025 - Mar 08, 2026) Work Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (40 hours/week) Pay Rate: USD $32.00 / hr

Position Overview: We are seeking a proactive Application Analyst II to provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 support for a portfolio of medium- to high-complexity applications in a healthcare environment. The ideal candidate will have experience with clinical third-party applications and possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide and coordinate resolution of application issues, recommending procedures and controls to prevent recurrence.

  • Follow outlined service management processes, including SLA adherence and handling critical application outages.

  • Document workarounds, resolutions, and best practices in the knowledge base to improve future issue resolution.

  • Provide advanced support for clinical third-party applications such as cardiology, radiology, lab systems, PACS, Sleep Lab (Cadwell), and PFT (Breeze Suite).

  • Participate in on-call rotation as needed to provide 24/7 desktop application support.

  • Support incident and problem management processes in line with ITIL best practices.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to share knowledge and ensure high-quality support.

  • Assist in maintaining documentation for technical architecture, functionality, and troubleshooting processes.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (must provide proof of education).

  • Experience with clinical third-party applications in healthcare settings.

  • Strong knowledge of ITIL, service management processes, and application support best practices.

  • Advanced understanding of Microsoft Office and other back-office systems.

  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and customer service skills.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
