Fully Remote - Workday HRIS Functional Consultant - 12 months contract
Skills : Payroll, HRIS/HCM, ADP integration, garnishments, and related configuration/setup
We are seeking an experienced HRIS Consultant with strong Workday implementation and system administration expertise to support a large-scale HRIS transformation initiative. The ideal candidate will have multiple Workday implementation experiences and be capable of providing immediate value in a fast-paced environment.
Our immediate priority is to bring in a resource who can quickly add value to the HRIS program, particularly in the areas of Payroll, Learning, Talent Management, and Talent Acquisition.
Payroll specifics: Needs someone with deep, hands-on payroll module experience — especially ADP integration, garnishments, and related configuration/setup. They don't want to train someone from scratch on this.
HRIS experience with a focus on Workday.
Multiple end-to-end Workday implementation experiences.
Strong Workday configuration and system administration experience.
Experience supporting one or more of the following modules:
Payroll
Learning
Talent Management
Talent Acquisition
