Creative Program Manager

Our client, a leader in the financial services space, is looking to bring on a contract Creative Program Manager, to join their team starting immediately. Role will be remote, require ~20 hours/week for 4-6 months.

Location: 100% Remote (EST/CST preferred)

Pay Range: $50-55/hr.

Hours: 20/week

Duration: 4-6 months

Overview:

We’re a rapidly scaling in-house creative agency within a Fortune 200 company, transforming the way we work to reach ambitious growth goals. To support this effort, we’re seeking a Creative Programs Manager to help us prioritize initiatives, streamline processes, and keep our leadership team aligned and accountable.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and track multiple transformation projects (production process redesign, collaboration, AI integration, time-tracking improvements, tool simplification).
• Facilitate leadership stand-ups, ensuring progress is made and risks are surfaced.
• Support process architecture efforts that balance creativity, efficiency, and culture.
• Work in conjunction with leadership - expected to help the SVP drive initiatives forward, help with timing, research, getting data and helping to gain insights. Then speaking with with team for input, etc.

Background/Skills:

• 5+ years in program management, operations, or coordination roles (ideally in-house creative or agency environments).
• Adobe Workfront would be really ideal, Excel, powerpoint, Microsoft products, etc. Some experience with ChatGPT also
• Strong organizational and facilitation skills.
• Heavy familiarity with project management tools and creative workflows.
• Comfort working across senior leaders and holding teams accountable.
• Someone that can navigate ambiguity at times would be ideal.
