SAP HR Payroll Manager

ZAPP Associates are currently searching for a SAP HCM Payroll Manager to join a leading SAP consultancy in Germany, supporting large-scale SAP HCM / SuccessFactors Payroll programmes as part of major S/4HANA transformation initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a collaborative, international environment, delivering end-to-end payroll solutions across Germany and the wider EMEA region. The role is largely remote, with occasional client travel (Germany only) depending on project requirements.

We’re looking for the following experience:

• Strong functional expertise in SAP HCM Payroll and SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP)
• Proven end-to-end payroll delivery experience, including design, build, testing, and deployment
• Good knowledge of S/4HANA within an SAP HR / Payroll landscape
• Experience leading payroll streams, managing stakeholders, or working as a Payroll Manager / Workstream Lead
• Solid understanding of HR and German payroll processes, ideally within consultancy-led projects
• Fluent in German and English, with existing RTW in Germany
