About the Role

Workerbee has customers seeking experienced Functional iSolved Consultants to guide clients through configuration, data migration, and implementation of HR, Payroll, and Time solutions. The consultant will collaborate with mid-market organizations to align iSolved functionality with workforce and compliance requirements.

What You Will Do

• Configure HR, Payroll, and Time modules within iSolved.
• Perform system testing, data validation, and migration tasks.
• Document business requirements and configuration steps.
• Provide training and support for administrators and end users.
• Recommend process improvements and reporting enhancements.

What You Will Bring

• At least three to five years of iSolved implementation or consulting experience.
• Functional understanding of payroll processing, HR administration, and timekeeping.
• Strong communication and client service skills.
