TikTok Creator Recruiters (Remote Opportunity)

VAULT Creator Network is expanding and we’re currently looking for 3 motivated Creator Recruiters to join our growing team.

This position is ideal for someone who understands TikTok LIVE culture, enjoys networking with creators, and wants a flexible remote opportunity with performance-based earning potential.

As a Creator Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying, connecting with, and onboarding TikTok LIVE creators into our agency/network. This role is heavily relationship and communication based, making it perfect for individuals who are confident on social media, outgoing, self-motivated, and comfortable building online connections.

• Fully Remote

💸 Compensation Structure:

• $300/month base pay

• +$25 for every ACTIVE creator recruited

• Additional bonuses for high-performing recruits

• Milestone bonuses available for recruiters who exceed goals

Top-performing recruiters can earn $1,000+ monthly.

📈 Recruiter Growth Expectations:

• Month 1 Goal: 10 ACTIVE creators

• Month 2 Goal: 15 ACTIVE creators

• Month 3+ Goal: 20 ACTIVE creators

We understand growth takes time, so the structure is designed to help recruiters gradually build momentum and develop a strong recruiting pipeline.

✅ What Counts as an ACTIVE Recruit?

A creator must complete the following within 30 days of onboarding:

• Complete onboarding process

• Stream at least 8 days

• Reach 20+ LIVE hours

• Earn at least 100 diamonds

📌 TikTok Creator Network metrics reset monthly. However, new recruits receive a full 30-day qualification window from their onboarding date.💸 Recruiter payouts are processed NET 15 after qualification periods end to allow time for verification of creator activity and eligibility.✨ Basic Requirements:

• Strong communication and networking skills

• Understanding of TikTok and livestream culture

• Comfortable using Google Workspace (Google Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc.)

• Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets for tracking and reporting

• Basic PowerPoint/Canva presentation skills preferred

• Must have a personal computer/laptop and reliable internet connection

• Ability to stay organized and respond consistently

• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently remotely

Prior recruiting experience is a plus, but not required. Personality, consistency, communication skills, and understanding creator culture are most important.⚠️ Please Note:

This is a performance-based opportunity. Recruiters are expected to consistently meet outreach and recruiting expectations. Failure to meet minimum performance goals over time may result in probation review or removal from the recruiter team.
