Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced UKG Dimensions Consultant with strong expertise in Australian Payroll and Time-to-Pay (TTP) configuration. The consultant will work closely with business and technical teams to optimize timekeeping, scheduling, and payroll processes within the UKG Dimensions platform.
The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with Australian labor laws, Fair Work compliance, award interpretation, and UKG Dimensions pay rules/work rules configuration.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure, implement, and enhance UKG Dimensions modules, including Timekeeping, Scheduling, Time-to-Pay (TTP), and Australian Payroll integrations.
- Design and configure pay rules, work rules, accruals, leave policies, and scheduling rules aligned with Fair Work legislation and enterprise agreements.
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and Operations teams to gather business requirements and translate them into functional system configurations.
- Conduct end-to-end testing of TTP rules, payroll calculations, and integrations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Work with integration teams to ensure smooth data flow between UKG Dimensions, Payroll systems, and third-party applications.
- Provide functional and technical support during go-live, hypercare, and BAU phases.
- Troubleshoot timekeeping, accrual, and payroll-related issues and deliver timely resolutions.
- Deliver training, documentation, and knowledge transfer to internal teams.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a UKG Dimensions (Workforce Dimensions) Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in Timekeeping and TTP configuration.
- Solid understanding of Australian Payroll processes, including award interpretation, EBAs, Fair Work compliance, and labor regulations.
- Experience configuring pay rules, work rules, accrual policies, and scheduling within UKG Dimensions.
- Experience integrating UKG Dimensions with Australian Payroll systems (e.g., SAP, Chris21, ADP, Ascender, Aurion, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, especially regarding time and payroll calculations.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interface with technical and non-technical stakeholders across time zones.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams.
