Company Vykom is looking for a remote Recruitment Specialist based in Bulgaria to help us find and hire CE category drivers for our car transporter operations in Europe

What you'll do:

✅ Source and recruit experienced CE truck drivers in Bulgaria

✅ Manage full-cycle recruitment (job ads, screening, interviews)

✅ Collaborate with our HR and Logistics teams

✅ Use local sourcing tools and job boards effectively

What we’re looking for:

✔️ Experience recruiting truck drivers

✔️ Fluent in Bulgarian and very good in English

✔️ Strong communication and organizational skills

✔️ Self-driven, structured, and remote-ready
