Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced pay equity consultant to support Trusaic’s clients globally. In this role, you will be responsible for working directly with our customers to develop and optimize their pay equity analyses and remediation strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Advise Trusaic’s customers globally on key aspects of their pay equity analysis, such as cleaning and preparing data for analysis, grouping employees into statistically meaningful segments, identifying relevant factors to include in the analysis, interpreting results, and selecting an optimal remediation strategy.
- Assist customers with ongoing monitoring and analysis refreshes.
- Provide advice to customers on compliance-related issues and topics (e.g., EU Pay Transparency Directive).
- Work with customers to ensure they are getting the greatest value from Trusaic’s software solutions.
- Build strong relationships with customers, acting as a trusted advisor and pay equity subject matter expert.
- Work in partnership with Trusaic’s software Implementation Managers and Pay Transparency Consultants.
- Collaborate with Data Science and Product Development teams on software enhancements.
- Provide subject matter support to the Sales team.
Your Skills and Experience:
- 5+ years of experience as a pay equity consultant, working with multinational organizations.
- Expertise in statistics or econometrics, including multiple linear regression.
- Skilled in conducting pay equity analyses and interpreting results.
- Programming experience (e.g., R, Python).
- Ability to explain complicated statistical concepts to a variety of audiences with differing levels of experience with statistics.
- Knowledge of pay equity laws and regulations, including U.S. laws and the EU Pay Transparency Directive.
- Knowledge of Human Resources and Compensation processes.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work with little guidance on complex work steps and juggle many projects at once.
- Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
- Located in the eastern time zone of the U.S and open to working European hours.
A Plus to Have:
- Advanced degree in a quantitative field such as Economics, I/O Psychology, Statistics, or a related field.
Compensation:
- Base salary range: $130,000 - $160,000 per year. Actual salary will be based on applicant’s job-relevant experience, education, and skills.
- Participation in Trusaic’s equity incentive plan
- Healthcare Plans (medical, dental, and vision)
- 401K Plan: Eligibility for participation in the Company's 401K plan, for which you will become eligible effective on the first day of the month after completing sixty (60) days of employment. The 401K Plan is currently funded by employee contributions only.
- Paid Time Off (PTO): fifteen (15) days of PTO on an annual basis, plus one floating holiday.
