Full Desk Recruiter-Roofing Division

We are looking to add experienced Full-Desk Recruiters who know how to build a desk from both sides.

This is not a split desk role. You will be responsible for bringing in your own clients, running job intake, and delivering candidates through close. The expectation is that you can develop relationships, generate revenue, and manage the full lifecycle without relying on handoffs.

As a Full-Desk Recruiter in our Roofing Division, you will own the full lifecycle of your desk within the Commercial Roofing market, with a focus on both client acquisition and candidate delivery. You will be responsible for developing new business relationships with contractors, subcontractors, and aligned organizations, while also sourcing, screening, and placing candidates within your niche.

Our team works fully remote, with semi-annual team retreats across the Nation. This position is slotted to begin in our Q2, June 2026 Cohort.

What You Need for this Position

• Have 2+ years of Agency Recruitment Experience
• Have a fundamental understanding or interest in the AEC Industry.
• Background in construction or a closely aligned vertical (electrical, HVAC/mechanical, structural steel, manufacturing, etc.)
• Ability to operate independently in a remote environment
• Strong closing instincts and sense of urgency
