Hours: Minimum fifteen (15) hours weekly

Contract: Minimum six-month commitment

The Role

We’re looking for an experienced Administrator with a passion for sustainability to work with our friendly, dynamic team to inspire people around the world to make a better future.

As part of THRIVE, you will have the opportunity to:

Key/Main Responsibilities

  • Coordinate team building activities, monitor progress, provide mentorship and guidance.
  • Assist in developing and coordinating training programs to enhance member skills and capacities.
  • Facilitate onboarding processes aimed at capacity building, providing orientation and initial skill development sessions for new hires.
  • Maintain accurate records of training activities, certifications, and member development plans.
  • Aid in implementing performance appraisal systems to identify skill gaps and support improvement strategies.
  • Collaborate on career development paths and succession plans to foster member growth within the organization.
  • Contribute to formulating strategies to enhance organizational capacity through member skill development initiatives.
  • Assess training effectiveness and its impact on member skill enhancement, providing insights for increased retention and improvement.
  • Ensure HR initiatives align with capacity-building objectives, contributing to the organization's growth.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Administration OR 5 years of equivalent working experience.
  • Fluency in English, written and spoken.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Fluency in English (preferred).
  • Willingness to learn new skills
  • The ability to handle multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines.
  • The ability to be proactive and self-manage your time.
  • A self-driven mindset to make a better future for all.
  • Excellent communication and organisation skills. 
  • Well-developed problem-solving abilities.
