We’re looking for a Training & Development Coordinator to support employee learning programs, coordinate training initiatives, and help drive professional growth across the organization. This role is ideal for someone organized, people-focused, and passionate about learning in a remote-first environment.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding and ongoing training programs
• Schedule training sessions, workshops, and learning activities
• Maintain training materials, records, and learning documentation
• Support Learning & Development initiatives and internal programs
• Track employee training progress and completion
• Assist with creating learning content and resources
• Collect feedback and help improve training effectiveness
• Collaborate with HR and managers on development plans

✅ Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in training coordination, HR, L&D, or education support roles
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Comfortable using LMS platforms and collaboration tools
• Ability to manage multiple training activities simultaneously
• Detail-oriented with a people-first mindset
• Excellent written and verbal English
• Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment
• Based in Australia with legal right to work full-time
