SAP HR System Analyst

Role: SAP HR System AnalystLocation: RemoteDuration : Long TermKey Responsibilities:

• Design and execute test cases for HR systems (SIT, UAT, regression, payroll testing)
• Validate HR processes like hiring, payroll, benefits, leaves, and compliance
• Document results, manage defects, and coordinate issue resolution
• Support cutover activities and post-go-live validation
• Provide HR operational support during system transition

Requirements:

• 3–5+ years of SAP HCM and/or SuccessFactors experience
• Strong HR process and payroll testing knowledge
• Experience with ERP/HCM implementations and testing cycles
• Knowledge of labor law compliance and HR operations

Preferred:

• K–12/public sector HR experience
• Familiarity with S/4HANA, Payroll Control Center, and testing tools like SAP Cloud ALM
