What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Lead the Talent Management Workday modules, including goals, feedback, and performance reviews
• Provide customer support for HR application-related issues and partner with IT for troubleshooting
• Maintain functional setups of People Technology Systems, including Workday HCM and Recruiting applications
• Support HR Technology projects, including planning, configuration, testing, and training
• Establish and maintain HR Systems documentation and standard operating procedures

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• 5+ years of human resources experience
• 3+ years of HR Tech/HRIS experience
• Strong knowledge of Workday configuration for Core HCM
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

• Intermediate knowledge of Workday Talent Management and Recruiting
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
