What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Conduct market pricing and analysis to ensure competitive pay structures by researching compensation trends
• Assist in the development, implementation, and administration of compensation programs and policies
• Analyze job responsibilities and requirements to determine appropriate compensation levels
• Prepare and present compensation reports and findings to leadership and management teams
• Maintain and update compensation and benefits databases to ensure data integrity and accuracy

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• 2-4 years of experience in compensation analysis or a related HR function
• Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Knowledge of compensation laws and regulations

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation preferred
• Experience with UKG and compensation software
