About the Opportunity:

The SENIOR MANAGER, PEOPLE & CULTURE GENERALIST plays a pivotal role in managing and evolving the People Operations and Total Rewards functions within the organization. This position ensures that programs and processes are competitive, equitable, and scalable to support employees across various locations. The role combines strategic oversight with hands-on execution to improve employee experience, drive engagement, and support key HR initiatives that contribute to organizational effectiveness and employee well-being.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead onboarding and offboarding strategies and manage related processes to ensure positive employee experiences.
  • Handle employee inquiries via the People & Culture inbox, providing timely and accurate responses.
  • Manage employee recognition programs throughout the employee lifecycle.
  • Oversee organizational data management, including employment verifications and internal reporting.
  • Coordinate People & Culture calendars and events.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to optimize HR system functionalities.
  • Support system administration for talent acquisition tools.
  • Manage employee engagement surveys, analyze data, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Oversee employee engagement platforms and vendor relationships.
  • Support Employee Resource Groups and advisory committees.
  • Facilitate annual performance review and goal-setting processes.
  • Administer compensation increase and incentive cycles.
  • Oversee the career development fellowship program.
  • Lead project management for cross-functional People & Culture initiatives.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in people operations and total rewards management.
  • Ability to manage employee lifecycle processes and HR systems.
  • Strong project management and data analysis skills.
  • Experience supporting employee engagement and performance development programs.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.


Pay Range and Compensation Package:

  • The pay range and compensation package for this role will be determined based on the candidate's experience, skills, and other relevant factors.
