About the Opportunity:
The GLOBAL TOTAL REWARDS MANAGER role is responsible for leading the development, implementation, and administration of the organization's global Total Rewards programs. This position ensures that compensation, benefits, recognition, wellbeing, and incentive programs align with business and talent objectives, supporting employee engagement and organizational success.
Responsibilities:
- Lead development and administration of global Total Rewards programs including compensation, benefits, recognition, wellbeing, and incentives.
- Evolve Total Rewards philosophy and frameworks aligned with business goals.
- Establish governance, controls, processes, and documentation for consistent program management.
- Monitor global market and regulatory trends affecting Total Rewards.
- Support compensation philosophy, pay structures, market benchmarking, and pay equity initiatives.
- Lead annual compensation processes in partnership with HR and Finance.
- Analyze compensation data to identify opportunities and risks.
- Provide compensation guidance to HR leaders and managers.
- Manage global benefits programs and vendor relationships ensuring competitiveness and compliance.
- Oversee recognition and wellbeing programs to enhance employee engagement.
- Evaluate program effectiveness, utilization, cost, and employee experience.
- Use market data, analytics, and financial insights for Total Rewards decisions.
- Partner with Finance on budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
- Collaborate with HR Technology to improve processes, reporting, and automation.
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI and emerging technologies to improve Total Rewards.
- Manage external consultants, brokers, vendors, and strategic partners.
- Build partnerships with HR, Finance, Legal, and business leaders.
- Support M&A and organizational changes requiring Total Rewards expertise.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field preferred.
- Professional certification in Compensation, Benefits, HR, or related discipline is a plus.
- Extensive experience in Total Rewards, Compensation, Benefits, or related HR fields.
- Experience supporting global or multi-country HR programs preferred.
- Broad experience designing and administering compensation and benefits.
- Familiarity with market benchmarking, pay structures, pay equity, and compensation processes.
- Experience managing vendors and cross-functional projects.
- Ability to use data and analytics to inform strategy and decisions.
- Knowledge of Total Rewards principles, market trends, and compliance across multiple countries.
- Strong analytical and financial skills to translate data into business insights.
- English level: Advanced.
Pay Range and Compensation Package:
- The expected compensation range for this role is $65–72 per hour USD, with eligibility for commission, bonus, or other incentives where applicable. Actual compensation depends on experience, skills, qualifications, location within the United States, and business needs.
