About the Opportunity:
The CLIENT HR BUSINESS PARTNER I - PEO plays a crucial role in ensuring client satisfaction by serving as the primary HR service contact for a specific client segment. This position provides consultative guidance on various HR needs, helping clients resolve issues and enhance their HR functions effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Serve clients remotely and in person, providing consultative guidance to resolve HR issues
- Collaborate with internal teams and experts to deliver responses and action plans
- Advise clients on performance management, recruiting, retention, compensation, development, engagement, and culture
- Support PEO clients with EPLI insurance setup and benefits enrollment assistance
- Communicate and interpret HR policies and resolve employee relations matters
- Seek guidance from HR coaches as needed
- Provide turnover analysis, action plans, and unemployment escalation support
- Stay aware of HR trends and conduct relevant training
- Promote high-quality customer service to clients
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered
- 1-3 years of HR experience or equivalent education and experience
- Preferred skills include consulting, leadership, interpersonal communication, customer service, product knowledge, client services, account management, technical requirements, customer service management, human capital management, business strategies, expectation management, and ADP TotalSource PEO services
Pay Range and Compensation Package:
- Starting base pay ranges from $23.39 to $36.76 hourly plus bonus, with total compensation determined by factors such as location, skills, education, and experience
