Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Remote | Preference for candidates local to Bellevue, WA for rare onsite meetings


We’re partnering with a globally recognized entertainment and gaming company known for creating some of the world’s most beloved characters, games, trading cards, and fan experiences. Their Talent Acquisition team is looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to help deliver an exceptional candidate experience and keep recruiting operations running smoothly.


This is a remote opportunity, with a preference for someone located near Bellevue, WA in case occasional onsite support is needed for training, team meetings, or other business needs.


What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews and candidate travel, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
  • Support the offer and onboarding process, including background checks and new-hire documentation.
  • Manage candidate communication and respond to internal and external Talent Acquisition inquiries.
  • Provide guidance and training to end users on Workday and Greenhouse.
  • Maintain candidate pipelines and generate recruiting reports through Greenhouse.
  • Process invoices and reconcile recruiting-related expenses, including candidate travel reimbursements.
  • Support Talent Acquisition programs, process improvements, system upgrades, and implementations.
  • Partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, candidates, and other internal stakeholders.
  • Stay current on recruiting trends, market intelligence, and innovative talent acquisition practices.
  • Assist with additional projects and responsibilities as needed.


What You’ll Bring

  • 2-3+ years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator or in a similar recruiting operations role.
  • Hands-on experience with Greenhouse ATS, particularly:
  • Interview scheduling
  • Candidate pipeline management
  • Report generation
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong customer-service mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative, proactive, and solutions-oriented approach.
  • Interest in process improvement and operational efficiency.
  • Strong discretion when handling confidential candidate and employee information.


Technical Skills

  • Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Collaboration tools such as Slack and Zoom.
  • Experience with Workday and Greenhouse strongly preferred.
