Role: Benefit Assessment Consultant
Location: Remote
Required
- 12+ years in benefits, including leadership of enterprise US health, welfare, and retirement programs; interim or consulting experience preferred.
- Working knowledge of ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, and nondiscrimination testing; experience with 401k audits and filings.
- Vendor strategy and governance: renewals, RFPs, contract negotiation, and performance management.
- Financial fluency: invoice reconciliation, budgeting, and cost-driver analysis with Finance.
- Operating model and process improvement experience, ideally COE and shared services or tiered service delivery models.
- Workday benefits experience, including eligibility files and vendor integrations.
- Executive communication: able to deliver candid findings to senior leaders.
