We’re looking for a Senior People Business Partner to lead and shape the People Partnering function across multiple hospital sites. In this role, you’ll be a strategic partner to hospital leadership teams, guiding them through workforce planning, talent management, and organisational change. You’ll lead and develop People Partnering teams, ensuring they deliver high-quality support that aligns with our business priorities. What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead and inspire People Partnering teams across two hubs, building capability and consistency.
- Partner strategically with hospital leadership to deliver commercial People solutions.
- Drive workforce planning, talent management, and succession strategies to future-proof our business.
- Champion employee experience and engagement, working closely with our Centres of Excellence.
- Act as a change agent, supporting restructures, TUPE transfers, and cultural transformation.
- Use data and insights to influence decisions and improve performance.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in senior HR partnering roles within complex, multi-site environments.
- CIPD Level 7 (or equivalent) qualification.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to influence at senior levels.
- Expertise in change management, talent planning, and employee relations.
- Highly analytical with a passion for using data to drive decisions.
- A collaborative leader who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
