Job DescriptionSenior People Business Partner – HospitalsLocation: Remote Contract: Permanent Are you ready to take the next step in your People career and make a real impact across Spire Healthcare? We’re looking for a Senior People Business Partner to lead and shape the People Partnering function across multiple hospital sites. This is a fantastic opportunity to influence strategy, drive change, and deliver exceptional colleague experiences in a dynamic healthcare environment. Why join us? In this role, you’ll be a strategic partner to hospital leadership teams, guiding them through workforce planning, talent management, and organisational change. You’ll lead and develop People Partnering teams, ensuring they deliver high-quality support that aligns with our business priorities. What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead and inspire People Partnering teams across two hubs, building capability and consistency.
  • Partner strategically with hospital leadership to deliver commercial People solutions.
  • Drive workforce planning, talent management, and succession strategies to future-proof our business.
  • Champion employee experience and engagement, working closely with our Centres of Excellence.
  • Act as a change agent, supporting restructures, TUPE transfers, and cultural transformation.
  • Use data and insights to influence decisions and improve performance.

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience in senior HR partnering roles within complex, multi-site environments.
  • CIPD Level 7 (or equivalent) qualification.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to influence at senior levels.
  • Expertise in change management, talent planning, and employee relations.
  • Highly analytical with a passion for using data to drive decisions.
  • A collaborative leader who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
