Position Overview:

The HR Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic advisor to business leaders within the investment firm, aligning human capital strategies with business objectives. This role supports talent management, organizational effectiveness, and employee engagement in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with senior leaders to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals
  • Advise on organizational design, workforce planning, and succession planning
  • Support performance management, compensation, and talent development initiatives
  • Provide guidance on employee relations and ensure compliance with employment laws
  • Drive employee engagement and culture initiatives
  • Analyze HR metrics to inform decision-making

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (HR certification preferred)
  • 5–8+ years of HR experience, preferably within financial services or professional services
  • Strong business acumen and ability to influence senior stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-performance environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting front-office or investment teams
  • Knowledge of compensation structures within investment firms

Duration: This is a project based opportunity with a projected start in April, going through mid-October with possibility of extension beyond that.
