HR SKILLS COACH/ASSESSOR - £38-42,000 - REMOTE WORKING

Are you an experienced HR Apprenticeship coach and have a background in supporting apprentices through their Level 3 & 5 apprenticeships then this could be a great opportunity for you!

You must hold a Level 3 or above teaching or assessing qualification and at least 12 months experience in a HR Skills Coach or Assessor role or any other relevant industry experience.

As an HR Coach your overall goal will be coaching and development of apprentices through their apprenticeship, tracking their progression through the .journey. The role will require you to adapt to different ways of working and establish individual learning needs and identify best practices. This role will entail predominantly one to one coaching with apprentices
