Contract Recruiter (Sales Focus) — SHE-com | Gold Coast or Remote (AUS)

About the role:
You’ll take ownership of our recruitment funnel for high-ticket closers and appointment setters. From reviewing applications and conducting interviews to final selections and onboarding, you’ll manage the full process. You’ll guide new hires through our SOPs, lead role-play sessions, and get them sales-ready before they transition to our internal team.
This is a contract role with flexible hours and a clear scope. Preferably based on the Gold Coast for proximity to our HQ, but open to remote for the right person.
What we’re looking for:
- Minimum 5 years recruitment experience, with at least 3 years in sales or high-performance recruitment
- Deep understanding of what makes a successful high-ticket closer or appointment setter
- Someone who is warm, confident, and naturally great at reading people
- Experience with onboarding and initial training a huge bonus
- Driven by results but grounded in empathy
