Currently, for the new Seargin project we are looking for SAP ESM Process & Business Consultant:

We are looking for an experienced SAP Enterprise Service Management (ESM) Consultant to support the design and optimization of enterprise service processes.
This role focuses on business process design, service management strategy, and scalability, working closely with SAP and internal stakeholders during the early adoption of SAP ESM.
Key ObjectivesESM Consultant – Core Tasks
• Design and optimize SAP Enterprise Service Management (ESM) business processes
• Analyze current HR service and case-handling processes within ESM scope
• Define scalable ESM service models (HR first, expandable to Finance & Quality)
• Ensure ESM processes are standardized, configurable, and future-proof
• Translate business needs into ESM functional and process requirements for SAP
• Lead stakeholder workshops to align on ESM governance and service ownership
• Prepare ESM rollout and onboarding approach for additional enterprise functions
The most important : The ESM Consultant ensures SAP ESM is implemented as an enterprise service platform, not just an HR ticketing tool.
Required Experience & SkillsMust-Have
• Strong experience in enterprise service management, case management, or shared service operations
• Proven background in business process design and optimization
• Solid understanding of SAP ecosystems (S/4HANA, SAP service solutions) (hands-on ESM experience)
• Ability to operate in ambiguous, early-stage environments
• Excellent stakeholder communication and workshop facilitation skills
Profile TypeThis role requires a hybrid consultant:
• Not purely technical
• Not purely functional
• Comfortable advising, designing, and shaping solutions before systems are fully mature
Nice-to-Have
• Experience with HR service delivery or HR operations
• Exposure to Finance service processes or large shared service centers
• Familiarity with process modeling tools (e.g., Signavio)
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar platforms (for comparison and best practices)
