A core operations position owning staffing execution across Spain and Portugal.
You will be the reliability and risk owner for contracts, payroll, and labor compliance with Spain as the technical core of operations.
🎯 The Role
You run the operational engine of our Iberia staffing business:
- End-to-end worker lifecycle and contracts
- Payroll control, validation, and approval
- Labor compliance (CBAs, TGSS, SEPE, CASIA, Mutua, PRL)
- Audits, inspections, and complex cases
- Operational readiness for invoicing and margins
You operate autonomously, think ahead, flag risks early, and keep operations stable under pressure.
👤 What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in staffing operations / workforce administration
- Hands-on Spanish labor expertise (portals, CBAs, nĂłminas)
- Experience with payroll, audits, and inspections
- Fluent Spanish (C1+) and English (C1)
- Portuguese B2+
- Highly structured, proactive, and detail-driven
