Customer Service Representative

Russell Tobin's client is hiring a Customer Service RepresentativeEmployment Type: Contract - Part-time

Location: Remote

Training Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm MST

Post-training Schedule: 10am-2pm MST

Pay rate: $18/hr

Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound calls from medical providers regarding claims, prior authorizations, eligibility, and benefits.
• Resolve issues on the first call whenever possible, maintaining a positive and professional tone.
• Document all interactions in the system for tracking and reporting purposes.
• Meet productivity, quality, and schedule adherence standards.
• Follow all HIPAA and compliance regulations.

Requirements:

• High school diploma/GED.
• 1+ year customer service experience.
• 1+ year call center experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and communication skills.

Nice to have:

• Bilingual (English/Spanish).
• Experience in healthcare customer service, especially Medicaid/medical billing.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Teams, CX1, Salesforce, and other call center tools.
• Must have wired internet vs WiFi. Will received a 10 foot Ethernet cord.
• No time off during the first 6 weeks.
