Senior Project Manager

About the Opportunity:

The organization provides a comprehensive payroll and HR platform for global teams, combining HRIS, payroll, compliance, benefits, performance, and equipment management. The platform leverages AI-powered tools and payroll infrastructure to support various worker types in over 150 countries, helping businesses scale efficiently and compliantly. This opportunity involves leading end-to-end project delivery within a dynamic, internationally distributed team.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring completion on time, within scope, and on budget.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project goals, deliverables, and timelines.

• Create detailed project plans, including timelines, resources, and risk management strategies.

• Track project progress, adjust timelines, and manage risks to deliver successfully.

• Communicate project status, milestones, and issues to stakeholders and leadership.

• Identify and resolve issues or roadblocks affecting project timelines or deliverables.

• Coordinate resources to ensure project teams are aligned and equipped to meet objectives.

• Conduct post-project evaluations and recommend process improvements.

• Manage project budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation and cost control.

• Foster a collaborative team environment, motivating and supporting team member development.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in project management or related fields.

• Proven track record of managing complex projects across multiple teams or departments.

• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Trello, MS Project).

• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with diverse teams and stakeholders.

• Experience in managing project budgets and resources effectively.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills focused on solutions.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle shifting priorities.

• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies is a plus.

• PMP or other project management certifications are a plus.
